Jeremy Renner on Jennifer Lawrence wage-gap criticism: 'not my job' to help
Jennifer Lawrence's wage-gap essay has garnered differing responses from two of her male American Hustle co-stars.
Following Bradley Cooper recently saying that he plans to start helping female co-stars negotiate their paychecks, Jeremy Renner told Business Insider that he does not plan to get involved with salary discussions.

"That's not my job," Renner said. "I don't know contracts and money and all that sort of stuff."
The Avengers star said he is in favor of actresses receiving equal pay but would rather focus on the craft of acting.
"I'm a performer, and I know human behavior. When it comes to that sort of stuff, I let other people deal with that," Renner continued. "I do what I'm good at -; that's what I focus on."
Salary details released during the Sony hack revealed that Lawrence was paid less for American Hustle than her male co-stars, including Cooper and Renner.
