These luxury bunkers are where billionaires will survive the end of the world

Updated

You can get ready for the end of the world in style if you have the money to afford it.

Vivos CEO Robert Vicino plans to build a network of luxury, underground bunkers that you can live in only if you are invited and have $5 million to invest in one of the chambers. The company actually offers a variety of bunkers that range from more basic versions all the way up to extremely fancy ones. In the gallery above, you can see a mix of photographs from the high-end "Europa One" and the co-owned "Vivos Indiana" shelter that is more affordable due to the shared cost. The Europa One is located in the village of Rothenstein, Germany, where you can get your own customizations to have the interiors fit your taste.

Mr. Vicino explained the following to Business Insider:

%shareLinks-quote="We don't know when 'the accident' is going to happen. For those who haven't secured a solution yet, it's already too late. It's expensive, but it's an investment in your life and in real estate." type="quote" author="Robert Vicino" authordesc="Vivos founder and CEO" isquoteoftheday="false"%

It's time to get your own!
