Tracy Morgan is back at it!

The 46-year-old "30 Rock" and "Saturday Night Live" alum is headed back to the famed studio 8H this weekend for his ever so anticipated return to comedy. However, it looks like Morgan couldn't bear to wait and tweeted out this past weekend that he was in fact performing at the Comedy Cellar.

"My first time on stage in 16 Months at the #ComedyCellar!" Morgan wrote. "Picking up the pieces!"

The comedian made a surprise appearance at the Emmy's last month, which garnered a standing ovation, and rightly so. Back in June of 2014, Morgan was involved in a serious car accident that left him with several injuries, and unfortunately claimed the life of friend, comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair.

Morgan is up and ready to take the comedy world by storm again, already filming his new movie, "Fist Fight," alongside Charlie Day and Ice Cube.
