Selena Gomez: 'I've Grown Up in Front of Everybody'

Selena Gomez played "Today" Monday morning in NYC, bringing "Revival" tracks like "Good for You," "Same Old Love" and "Me & the Rhythm" to scores of Selenators.

She also spoke with "Today" hosts Hoda Kotb and Matt Lauer, touching briefly upon her recent revelation that she'd gone to rehab for lupus treatment in a Billboard cover story.

Gomez says that while she's reluctant to talk about it in great detail, she appreciates that publicly addressing it might help fans with similar issues.

"To be honest, it still makes me uncomfortable to talk about it," Gomez said. "I feel I'm able to reach my fans and understand people when I am one on one and they're dealing with the same thing because I've been there. I'm trying to take something that's negative and turn it into a positive."

As for prepping for her upcoming tour, Selena said, "I gotta be healthy -- I shouldn't eat the things I do eat."
