20-year-old Kyle Careford was driving with Michael Owen, 21, when they crashed into a church wall in East Sussex, England in April of this year. The two were tragically killed, as it was cited they were driving at 90mph along the country roads.

While the families are still grieving their immense loss, they have released the footage the teens took just moments before the crash, in the hopes they can save others from this tragic fate.

I want young drivers to consider how much devastation it causes to the families and loved ones that are left behind." type="quote" author="Kyle's mother, Kat" authordesc="Metro UK" isquoteoftheday="false"%

In the video, the boys are speeding in the car, with Careford driving and Owen filming. While the sound is somewhat muffled, it appears that Owen is telling Careford to "slow down" and "keep going."

Moments later, the footage goes black, you hear crash noises, and then the video comes back into focus. You can hear (very quietly), a woman trying to talk to the men, telling them that an ambulance is on its way.

I'm hoping it will have an impact on young people and make them see that a bit of fun can have such devastating consequences." type="quote" author="Kyle's mother, Kat" authordesc="U.K. Metro" isquoteoftheday="false"%
