This trick to make pasta is what Italian dreams are made of

Do you think you are a pasta ninja? Think again. This way of making pasta alla carbonara is beyond any limit that your culinary appetite can handle.

First, a whole block of Parmesan cheese is split in half and its surface is set on fire to lightly melt the first layer. After this, the chef throws a pan of pasta with pancetta (the Italian version of bacon) right on top of the cheese and the delicious food is mixed and rubbed on the surface until it catches the heavenly flavor of a Parmesan's soul. The pasta is then plated but the chef continues to scrape the surface of the cheese that in the meanwhile starts to solidify and generates some incredibly tasty crusts, which are then collected and used to top the pasta.

Death.

Here is the video of it, but be warned that it is going to make you give up on any other food that is not this dreamy delicacy.
