Cat shot with crossbow makes incredible recovery
KALAMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Eaton County Sheriff is looking for tips in finding who was responsible for shooting a cat with a crossbow.
Eaton County Animal Control was called to a home on Carlisle Highway in Kalamo Township. There, they found a cat under the deck of the home with a crossbow bolt in it.

The cat was taken to the Capital Area Humane Society where it has undergone surgery to remove the bolt. The owner of the cat says they last saw the cat on Saturday and cannot afford vet care for the animal.
