'I Quit Automatically': Factory Worker Wins $310M Powerball Jackpot
By Fox 17

LANSING, Mich. - The winner of the $310 million Powerball jackpot is Julie Leach, 50, of Three Rivers, Michigan.

The Michigan Lottery held a press conference Tuesday morning to introduce Julie and her family.

Julie learned that she was the winner while she was on a work break in the drive-thru of a McDonald's while waiting for her food. She went back to work and some co-workers looked at her numbers to help her verify that she had actually won. Then, she quit!

The winning numbers in the drawing were 21-39-40-55-59 with a Powerball of 17and3x Power Play. The ticket was purchased at the Three Rivers West Shell gas station, located at 1223 W. Michigan Avenue. Leach took the lump sum payout.
