Drake Officially Snags His 100th Billboard Hot 100 Song

Drake and Future's surprise new album What a Time to Be Alive sees all 11 of its tracks debut on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart (dated Oct. 10). The set concurrently bows at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.

The set's songs (nine collaborations and two solo tracks by each rapper), from the set that was first released on Sept. 20 as an Apple Music exclusive, arrive on the chart predominantly owed to streaming activity.

What A Time To Be Alive's Debuts on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs

No. 18, "Jumpman"
No. 24, "Diamonds Dancing"
No. 27, "Big Rings"
No. 29, "Digital Dash"
No. 30, "Live From The Gutter"
No. 31, "Scholarships"
No. 32, "30 for 30 Freestyle" (Drake solo)
No. 33, "I'm The Plug"
No. 39, "Change Locations"
No. 43, "Plastic Bag"
No. 48, "Jersey" (Future solo)

"Jumpman" takes the top entrance, leading in both streaming and downloads. It also enters at No. 21 on R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs, and No. 7 on R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Songs (41,000 downloads sold in the week ending Sept. 24, according to Nielsen Music). Next on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs comes "Diamonds Dancing," which had the second best streaming and sales figures (it misses the threshold of the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs chart, but bows at No. 16 on R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Songs; 21,000 downloads).

While none of the tracks have reached any of our airplay charts yet, "Big Rings" received the best start at radio - logging 2.7 million impressions at the Rap format, landing just below the Rap Airplay chart threshold.

The debuts aid in Drake's total of 16 simultaneously charting songs -- coming in second to his own record for most concurrent tracks on the chart, 21 (on the March 7-dated chart), achieved following the release of his album If You're Reading This It's Too Late.

The arrivals also increase Future's total of charting songs to 12 -- the most the rapper has placed simultaneously on the list. In addition to his 10 debuts, he's also at No. 13 with "Where Ya At" (featuring Drake, from Future's DS2 album) and at No. 36 as a featured act on Ty Dolla $ign's "Blase."
