Instructor tells test takers they must be able to text while driving

In an attempt convey the dangers of texting while driving, Responsible Young Drives posted a video on YouTube showing what happened when Belgians who were learning how to drive were told by their instructor that a new law had passed, making it mandatory for them to prove their ability to text while driving. At first, the learners are a bit confused. When they actually try to text while driving they highlight how distracted we become when we try to complete the task at the steering wheel.
