Now trending at NYFW: seeing stripes

Move aside Paris, street style stars in New York showing off their own striped flare this NYFW. A bold Breton maybe the signature for the City of Love, but in Manhattan, their spin on the geometric print is completely innovative.

Take cues from bloggers Leandra Medine, Chiara Ferragni and Shea Marie. The styling pros have dominated this season's street style with colorblocked stripes finished off with festive heels, luxe toppers and even fringed skirts.



Graphic bombers or leather jackets have also become a hit add-on with the trend.

While most street style looks may be hard to copy for your own personal style -- dipping into the rent jar for a new dress isn't a viable option -- this one is pretty affordable.
