We had the chance to speak with Rachel Zoe during her Spring 2016 presentation this week, which the designer calls "favorite one yet." Once you see the photos, we think you'll agree.

"It has all of the elements that I love the most," Rachel explained. "Which is lace, embroidery, lots of color mixed -- of course -- with black, white and gold! It's soothing and French and just has a lot of romance, a lot of this kind of gypsy element but in a modern way."

On being a working mother and how it has impacted her work: "I keep doing what I love every day, and sometimes you're too tired to do anything, but you have to. Especially when your name is on the door. My kids really help me with the strength to get through it, and some of the time I'm super stressed out, and then I get home and they're there waiting for me with big open arms. We do bedtime stories dinner and snuggle, and that makes it all better."

On what every mom should have in her wardrobe: "I think dark colors, because as a working mom it's your best friend, because most likely you're going to have food or dirt or something — spit up, whatever it is! — on you at some point throughout the day. And comfortable shoes. Whatever that is for you, for me I'm comfortable in heels, but for some it's a riding boot, it's an ankle boot.

On red carpet season and if there's anyone she particularly wants to dress: "I just take it as it comes, you know? One day at a time. There's incredible women out there and there's plenty of great dresses to go around. It's all fun!"
