5 easy ways to actually exercise your brain
We all know exercise is good for the body, right? It's gives us energy, helps us stay in shape and allows us to build endurance. All these things and more help our bodies become well-oiled, athletic machines capable of taking on the world. But what's one extremely vital aspect that's missing from the equation? The way our MIND comes into play.
After all, we can't rule the world without the brain power to understand how to do it. So clearly, working out your body isn't the only important part of life. Exercising your brain is equally (if not more) important.
But how does one workout their mind? We've got a few awesome and easy ways to do it. Let's get started!

1) Write a thank-you letter
Writing with a pen on paper can sharpen neural pathways in the brain.
2) Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand
This activates the non-dominant area of your brain (obviously).
3) Change up your existing routines
Changing things up from time to time will work out your brain muscles.
4) Exercise
Any movement can help to neutralize the effects of stress hormones.
5) Get out and socialize
Flex those cognitive muscles!
