Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander cover Variety together for 'The Danish Girl'

Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander are on the newest cover of Variety magazine for the premiere of "The Danish Girl" -- a remarkable love story set in the '20's inspired by the lives of real life artists Lili Elbe and Gerda Wegener. Lili and Gerda's marriage and work evolve as they navigate Lili's groundbreaking journey as a transgender pioneer.

An Eddie Redmayne fan group took to Twitter to share the cover photo of the two stars with the caption: "JUST IN! First cover together for Eddie Redmayne & Alicia Vikander for #TheDanishGirl from @variety. So expressive!"
