Target stores might start serving alcohol soon

Target is about to revolutionize shopping at its stores, but their new announcement is causing concern for impulse buyers everywhere. The chain will begin serving alcohol at its stores, starting with its location in Chicago near Chicago's Navy Pier.

This Target will be the first Target store ever to serve booze, and The Chicago Tribune reports that Target has applied for a liquor license for its new store which would allow for "consumption on premises."

The license will cost about $4,400, and it has to be renewed every two years.
