2015 MTV VMA afterparty fashion is hot, hot hot

Once the show is over ... the real party begins!

After Miley Cyrus brought down the house with the announcement that she was releasing her album for free on Sunday at the 2015 MTV VMAs, everyone exited the venue and headed straight to the afterparties.

Naturally, several leading ladies made outfit switches mid-car ride and dismissed their long gowns in favor of super sexy party wear. For starters, Selena Gomez went from her demure black dress at the VMAs to a late-night stunner, which featured hip-high slits on each side. Kylie Jenner, 18, followed suit and kicked off her tan mini-dress in favor of a black LBD with very revealing slits throughout the bodice.

And of course, it wasn't all about the clothes at the mega-after parties. It was also about all the A-listers mixing and mingling. Taylor Swift and her squad were spotted in a corner chatting away and smooching each other as they posed for pics. At the Republic Records Private Post-VMA Celebration, Vanessa Hudgens and her close pal Selena Gomez were eyed catching up and giving each other big hugs.

Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas also caught up with their old pal, Selena, as Joe DJ'd at the party and mixed tunes.
