In the video, Haschert, dressed in fatigues, makes his case for why the mixed martial artist should be his date.

"You are my celebrity crush, like, I love everything you do and I think you are a phenomenal person," Haschert explained. "Which is why it would be my honor to take you to the Marine Corps Ball."

While Rousey hasn't responded yet, the video is bound to catch her eye at some point. Since going up on Aug. 22, it's racked up more than 3.6 million views.

"You would truly be making my dreams come true," Haschert said at the end of the video. "I really hope you get this, and take consideration into it, thank you very much."

Should Rousey accept, she would join the likes of Friends With Benefits stars Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis on the list of celebrities who attended Marine Corps balls.

In November 2011, Timberlake accepted combat instructor Kelsey De Santis' invitation to the dance at the Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Virginia, calling the event "one of the most moving evenings [he'd] ever had."
