The 32-year-old new mom isn't letting motherhood derail her music career. In fact, Underwood admitted she's been taking her baby boy Isaiah on the road, and plans to take him along on her next tour. Last week, the country superstar released "Smoke Break," the lead single from her forthcoming album titled "Storyteller" -- available October 23rd.

Underwood posted the "Storyteller" album artwork on her Instagram to her 2.4 million followers with the caption: "The album cover for #Storyteller. October 23rd will be here before ya' know it!"

Take a look:

The album's lead single "Smoke Break" was produced by Jay Joyce, best known for his work with Eric Church and Little Big Town. The Grammy winner has mostly collaborated with producer Marc Bright, who also produced most of "Storyteller."

"Smoke Break" is already climbing the country radio charts and has sat in the top 10 on iTunes since it's release. You can buy the song on iTunes today.
