First his hand, then his finger, now his tooth. Jimmy Fallon can't seem to keep himself together.

This time, the 40-year-old "The Tonight Show" talk show host chipped his front tooth while opening a tube of scar repair gel for his finger. The irony! Fallon posted a photo of his visit to the dentist onto his Instagram with the caption: "Chipped front tooth trying to open tube of scar tissue repair gel for recovering finger injury. Thank you Dr. Jobe DDS! #BestSummerEver Brand new Tonight Show tonight!"

Although, the funny guy did admit that he's having the best summer ever. We're unsure if that's the typical sarcasm or if he truly feels that way. Regardless, at least he's good at taking himself in to the doctor to fix his injuries.
