Incoming freshman scores half-court shot and gets free tuition

All you have to do to get free tuition is make a half-court shot. Incoming freshman took his chance when given the opportunity to score one full semester for free. He went for the long shot in front of hundreds of people during a pep rally at Ball State University. Turner managed to sink the ball in the hoop and the crowd exploded, cheering the new student who became a celebrity.

While this is an opportunity that the school gives to other students, it had been three years since the last person manage to win.
