NASA Scientific Visualization Studio is an incredible resource where you can find incredibly interesting videos of very complex scientific phenomena broken down in a simple visual representation. These videos can help us understand our planet and space at the glance of an eye and the website lets you browse through over 5,500 downloadable clips of NASA programs.

A particularly interesting one shows the dynamics of garbage across the ocean, allowing us to understand how our waste travels great distances to reach specific areas where it gathers in patches. The team that made the clip was a group of data visualization artists that use data science to track the ocean currents and create a visual model that predicts the motion of particles on the water's surface for up to 20 years.
