The #AllLivesMatter movement has continued to pick up steam in 2015, but a white police chief and a black officer in Texas are creating their own police-related movement.

Chief Steven Jones and Officer Donald Givens. Both officers had "His life matters" written on one hand, with arrows that point to one another.

Chief Jones told Fox and Friends, "We can't stand behind officers that do bad things," Chief Jones said. "However, the community and the nation can't condemn every single officer just on the actions of a few."
