Thomas Gilbert Jr. -- a 30-year-old Princeton grad -- was recently charged with murdering his 70-year-old father after he cut his allowance to $300 per week.

Interestingly, upon his arrival to jail, Gilbert asked the jail's employees about Rikers Island's Yoga Jones.

In an interview with NY Daily News, a jail employee said:

Gilbert has a history of mental illness, and the jail employee noted that Gilbert "almost looked like he was happy being in jail" since it's the "first time in his life he didn't have pressure."

Gilbert has also been asking about places where he can exercise, and he's frequently seen jogging in place at the jail.
