Rep: Paula Deen is not getting a divorce despite rumors

Is Paula Deen Getting Divorced?

Paula Deen will not be removing any place settings from her dinner table anytime soon, according to her rep.

Rumors surfaced that the celebrity chef and her husband, tugboat captain Michael Groover, were getting a divorce after recent court documents were released, but some media outlets may be reading too much into it.

"The split rumors were sparked by Georgia court documents that reportedly show that Deen granted the deed to one of her homes to her husband of 11 years," ETonline's Lauren Zima said.

Deen's rep denied the story, saying the deed was just part of her "estate planning process."

The $1.3 million three-bedroom, three bathroom, 5,646-square-foot mansion located on Wilmington Island in Savannah, Georgia provided the setting for Deen's television show before it was canceled.

The couple has been living in the home since they wed in 2004.
