In case Prince George wasn't already slaying the ladies' hearts with his suave hair, preppy style, and royal status, the world's favorite 2-year-old can now add homeowner to the resume.

As Prince George absolutely loves visiting the gardens at Highgrove House, his grandfather's private estate in Gloucestershire, it's fitting that Prince Charles just spruced up the area to make it even more enticing for his adorable 2-year-old grandson. Renovations included a $30,000 hut just for Prince George to play in.

Prince Charles also made some renovations to the treehouse in the gardens, which was built for Prince William in 1989. According to the Daily Mail, the royal treehouse used to contain a "long rope leading to a trap door." Prince Charles replaced the trap door with a "holly leaf-shaped door" and made the treehouse extra safe by supporting it with slate towers.

In case an awesome treehouse wasn't enough, Prince William also installed the $30,000 playground hut for the Croc-sporting youngster. The hut reportedly contains a small bed, French oak wooden floors, and other fun knick-knacks.

Some grandparents buy dollhouses for their grandchildren, others buy full-on houses. The hut was reportedly a gift for Prince Charles to celebrate Prince George's first birthday. It took the designer, Richard Lee, 250 hours to create the mini oasis.

According to the Daily Mail, Prince George often enjoys picnics in the garden with his fun-loving grandfather. Prince Charles even gifted Prince George a tea set so that the two can bond while indulging in proper tea parties as they kick back in the fabulous new hut. Prince George is pretty much the classiest 2-year-old in the game.
