Versace is developing an amazingly beautiful apartment complex in London
High-end fashion labels have a very good idea of how profitable the real estate business can be. Fashion houses Gucci, Moschino, and Fendi have all had a hand at developing projects that revolve around the lucrative business. Versace has decided to play house as well. The Italian fashion mecca has announced a new partnership with Damac Properties to create a 50-story, 360 unit luxury apartment complex in London.

The apartment complex will include everything from studios to penthouses and every living space size in between. Every amenity, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa, the owners lounge, the rooftop garden, and the cinema will be designed by Versace Home.
So if you're ever in need of a home in the London area and have an extra $1.1 million lying around, you'll definitely want to keep an eye out for its completion in 2020.
