Amanda Bynes makes rare appearance at fashion party

Amanda Bynes who has recently been keeping a low profile made an appearance at a fashion launch party for designer Michael Costello and Style PR's capsule collection launch party in L.A.

Amanda was spotted leaving with her face shielded by some large dark sunglasses. The former actress wore a formfitting white dress and smiled and waved as she exited.

Nicole Scherzinger was also in attendance and showed off her sexy back at the Michael Costello party.
