The former president recently spent some quality time with the tiny tot, the only child of Chelsea Clinton and husband Mark Mesvinsky.

Wearing a pinstripe suit, Clinton was a *bit* more dressed up than most of the daytime concert goers -- but if you're Bill Clinton, you're not going to blend in anyway. Charlotte donned some pretty adorable socks with shoes printed on them. Do those come in grownup sizes? And we absolutely love her acorn T-shirt.

Meanwhile, Grandma was busy running her presidential campaign, hitting the trail while Grandpa took over babysitting duty.
