Wisconsin man holds record for eating the most Big Macs

(MILWAUKEE, WI.) — This man's feat simply takes "a lifetime of devotion."

Frank, a man from Wisconsin, has eaten 27,985 Big Macs from McDonald's since 1972. Well, May 17, 1972, to be exact. That's the day that Frank's father sold him his car. In his words, that was the day he "now has a way of getting to McDonald's."

After his first experience eating a Big Mac, Frank made it his life's mission to devote himself to the McDonald's meal.

"I promised myself that now matter how rotten things got, I would have a Big Mac every day."

In his Milwaukee home, Frank has a room devoted to his accomplishments. It includes photos of him eating Big Macs in every single MLB park, as well as every single NFL stadium (except for one, which he doesn't name) and every single state in the US.

He also has kept every Big Mac carton he's purchased since 2006 (roughly 6,000) and has collectible cartons mounted in a glass case on the wall.
