Lil B Has Lifted His Curse on James Harden, But Will It Actually Last?

By JOHN DORN

Members of the Kardashian empire are no strangers to pro athletes -- namely NBA players -- and it looks as though Houston Rockets star James Harden is the next man up.

E! reports that the bearded one was spotted with Khloe Kardashian over the holiday weekend in Las Vegas. The pair was taking part in everyday, friendly activities -- just with a bunch of famous people, of course. According to the report:
"They were at the beach club yesterday snacking on chicken fingers and fries, salads and fruit," a source told E! News. "Rick Fox and Jermaine Dupri joined them at their cabana."

The youngest Kardashian sister's most recent involvement with a member of the NBA fraternity, as many remember, ended poorly. Lamar Odom, who has since fell out of pro basketball, fell victim to drug and alcohol addiction as the couple was in the process of splitting in 2013.

After being traded from the Los Angeles Lakers in 2012 -- as the reigning Sixth Man of the Year winner -- Odom apparently lost interest in the sport. He lasted about a half-season with the Dallas Mavericks before Mark Cuban demanded he leave the team. He returned to LA to play for the Clippers the following year, but internal struggles have seemed to keep him away from the NBA ever since.

Harden's high-profile ex, rapper and model Trina, had some thoughts on Twitter after this recent news hit the Internet:

It's possible that the two were just hanging out with mutual friends, and we may never hear of this story ever again. But maybe not! If Harden is indeed involved with the 31-year old reality star, we just hope his young career pans out better than her ex-husband's.
