July 1st, 2016 would have been Princess Diana's 55th birthday. She was the "People's Princess," one of the most beloved royals of all time. Her birthday falls during an active time for the royal family (her son Prince William and Duchess Kate are about to celebrate Prince George's third birthday, and Princess Charlotte just made her first Buckingham Palace balcony appearance!), and the world remembers Diana not only for her good works but for her loving parenting style.
Known for her classic, elegant style, Diana took on the stresses and pressures of royal fame with grace. She was taken from the world far too quickly, but her legacy lives on in the sons she raised. Their clear passion for doing good works is a tribute to the mother that raised them, as is the way the world still remembers Lady Di for her compassion and charisma.
