How One Art Student Changed the Way People Look at the Homeless

WGN -- When Ian Todd moved to Chicago from a small town, the first thing that struck him was the amount of homeless people on the city's streets. In an effort to try to help these people, Todd began redesigning their signs as a project for the art school he was attending. Seeing the signs changes the way people look at and interact with the homeless, and though Todd has since graduated and moved to California, his work is still making a difference and can be found on a Tumblr page he created.
