'The View': 'Orange Is the New Black' Actress Uzo Aduba on 'The View'


When you think of Crazy Eyes from Netflix's hit show "Orange is the New Black," chances are your mind doesn't jump right to opera. But now it might.

Uzo Aduba, the Emmy-winning actress who plays Crazy Eyes, stopped by "The View" Wednesday to chat about all things "OITNB." But when co-host Raven Symone brought up a rumor she'd heard — that Aduba unexpectedly has not only just an amazing singing voice, but also a phenomenal opera voice — Aduba initially started to laugh. With some encouragement from both the hosts and the live studio audience, Aduba sang a few lines from an opera song and floored everyone watching.
