Tracy Morgan to receive Hollywood Walk of Fame star

Tracy Morgan is part of a new group of over two dozen entertainment professionals who will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Morgan posted on Twitter that he was honored to be inducted, but also joked about where his star should be located. He noted, "I am honored to be getting a walk of fame star. I hope they put me next to my biological father Charlton Heston from Planet of the Apes!"

Morgan recently appeared on the 'Today' show and reflected on the car crash he was in last year as well as his slow recovery. Morgan told Matt Lauer, "There are times where I get the headaches, and the nose bleeds. I won't even let my lady know because I don't want her to be worried about it."

Other newest honorees in the group include Bradley Cooper, Ashley Judd, Michael Keaton, Rob Lowe, and LL Cool J. The Chair of the Walk of Fame Selection Committee remarked, "After much deliberation, we feel that we have selected a great group of talent for this coveted award. Fans from around the world will be thrilled to hear that their favorite celebrities will be honored on our world-famous Hollywood Walk of Fame."
