Hugh Hefner Slams Holly Madison's Tell-All Memoir

Hugh Hefner is slamming former Playboy bunny Holly Madison over her tell-all book, saying that it isn't a recollection but a complete rewrite of history.

Madison's memoir titled "Down The Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures And Cautionary Tales From A Former Playboy Bunny" claims that life inside the mansion isn't the fun paradise it appears to be on TV but actually a "living hell."

She says Hef was a manipulator and verbally and emotionally abused her for years. She also took a dig at the Playboy kingpin's bedroom activities saying that, in reality "not a whole lot" went on.

The 89-year-old hit back at these allegations in an interview with US Weekly, insisting his former lover made it all up "in an attempt to stay in the spotlight."

"Over the course of my life I've had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women," the Playboy founder explains to Us. "Many moved on to live happy, healthy and productive lives, and I'm pleased to say remain dear friends today. Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight. I guess, as the old saying goes: You can't win 'em all!"
