Hilaria Baldwin posts stomach selfie to prove she didn't get a C-section

After bravely Instagramming an underwear pic last week just two days after giving birth, Hilaria Baldwin is now debunking some rumors.

The 30-year-old yoga instructor took to the photo-sharing app on Sunday to post a close-up of her stomach, proving that she didn't get a Cesarean section when it came to giving birth to her second child with husband Alec Baldwin, baby Rafael Thomas.

"This is for those of you who are getting into some pretty serious arguments with each other about if I had a c section or not...this should clear it up: as you can see from this pic, I did not have a c section," Hilaria wrote.

She then cleared up any speculation about her extended hospital stay.

"Rafael came a little early (nothing extreme) so we just wanted to stay an extra night and make sure all is ok," she explained. "Due dates are estimates and he came out a healthy weight. I'm actually lucky because given another few weeks, he would have been HUGE! ... We are overjoyed that we have a healthy little boy and also that I am feeling well."

She also gave a sweet shoutout to Alec on Father's Day.

"We love you, Daddy," Hilaria wrote to the 57-year-old actor alongside a photo of her and their one-year-old daughter Carmen. "We are sorry we can't be with you on this special day, but we made you some gifts that we can't wait to give to you tomorrow!! And we decorated them with lots of stickers and crayon drawings. Good luck in your play tonight and hurry home to see us!! Love, Carmen, Rafa, and mommy!"
