The Malawi Mango Dandelion Green Super Smoothie

​Ingredients:
1 Cup of Mango
½ Cup of Dandelion Greens
1 1/2 frozen Banana
1/2 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 Cup of Malawi Mango
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Adjust liquid to desired consistency.

Pitaya Packed Brasilia Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
2 packs of frozen pitaya
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup of frozen cherries
1 Cup of frozen Raspberries
½ Cup of Brasilia Blueberry Bai 5
1 tbsp of Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp of Goji Berries
1 tbsp of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup of Fresh Strawberries
Directions:
In a high powered blender blend together all smoothie ingredients: Pitaya, banana, berries, Cherries and Brasilia Blueberry Bai 5. Blend until smooth. Pour (you may need help from a spatula) into a medium sized bowl, top with fresh berries, seeds, goji berries and shredded coconut. Feel free to get creative and add whatever toppings you love!

The Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:
8 oz of Brasilia Blueberry Bai
1/2 Cup of Oats
2 Frozen Bananas
2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Optional: Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until ingredients are smooth, adjusting amount of Bai to control thickness.  Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy with either a straw or spoon depending on how thick you like your smoothies.

Ingredients:
6 oz of Bai5 Costa Rica Clementine™
1 Cup of Spinach
½ Cup of Frozen Pineapple
1 Cup of Frozen Mango
1 Frozen Banana

The Peach Raspberry Protein Dream

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Frozen Raspberries
½ Cup of Greek Yogurt
Optional: 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
Optional Boosters: Chia, Flax Seed, Ginger
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until ingredients are smooth, adjusting amount of Bai to control thickness. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy with either a straw or spoon depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
