By JOHN DORN
Everyone can surely relate to the never-ending urge to check an Instagram feed. Red Sox third baseman Pablo Sandoval can relate. The difference between you and Pablo is that you'll never have to resist that urge while you're playing in a Major League Baseball game.
Folks at Barstool helped turn up proof of Sandoval's Instagram activity during Wednesday's 5-2 loss to Atlanta, which included liking two selfies of a woman.

Sandoval admitted to grabbing his phone during a bathroom break in the seventh inning. when the double-taps occurred. As a result, he'll be on the bench for Thursday's game for breaking the team's social media policy. Sox players aren't allowed on their phones beginning 30 minutes before the game.
Sandoval benched tonight for violating social media policy during game last night.

It's not quite the chicken-and-beer fiasco of a few years ago, but it's not exactly a flattering look for the Red Sox clubhouse.
