Don't feel like turning on the oven tonight? No need! We've got four salad recipes that involve no cooking so they won't heat up your kitchen if it's already hot outside!

Rotisserie Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing

CBS Studios

This hearty salad, packed with nutrient-dense chicken, hard boiled eggs, and avocado, will fill you up, but won't weigh you down. To avoid using the stove, be sure to use rotisserie chicken and pre-cooked bacon.

Marc Murphy's Zucchini, Pecorino, and Mint Salad

Rachael Ray Show

This creative salad uses zucchini cut into spaghetti-like strands. A dressing of olive oil, lemon and mint and shaved pecorino finishes this extremely simple and fresh meal.

Brussels Sprout Chicken Caesar Salad

Rachael Ray Show

The greens in this salad are actually shaved brussels sprouts! And Bob Harper "skinnies" up the dressing by replacing the egg yolks and olive oil with Greek yogurt. So you don't have to feel guilty about this delicious dinner! Again, use store-bought rotisserie chicken to avoid the oven.

Tracy Pollan's Signature Salad

Internal

For our last no-cooking-involved salad, we have the signature salad of Tracy Pollan (wife of Michael J. Fox). This sweet and tangy salad features carmelized walnuts, Bosc pear and shaved parmesan, all atop a bed of mesclun greens, with a balsamic vinaigrette to tie it together.
