Bartolo Colon is awesome. And not even really because he's great at pitching baseballs (though he is very good). The list can go on for ages, but the cliff notes here are that Colon is a 42-year-old, 300-pound man who doesn't care what people think. In addition to his second-place standing in the league in wins, Bartolo suddenly has morphed his comedically horrible turns at bat to comedically awesome ones. It's fantastic.

Big Bart is just one of several impressive starting pitchers in the New York Mets' rotation this year. Matt Harvey and Jacob deGrom have also been bright spots for the Mets this season—so a Colon airplane selfie featuring all of the team's Big Three? Sign us up.

It's difficult not to want to be a fly on the wall as this scene formulated—watching Colon pull out his phone, open the camera app, switch to the front-facing view before raising a screen to his unsuspecting rotation-mates. The look on usually-stoic Matt Harvey's face says it all.

All while wearing a sweet dad polo. Never change, Bartolo.
