Record $500 million price tag placed on California mansion

A mansion under construction in Bel Air is expected to be on the market for a record $500 million.

The property includes a 74-thousand square foot main home. That's more than half the size of an average Costco store!

The master bedroom alone is 5,000 square feet. The estate will also have three smaller homes, a 30-car garage, four swimming pools and a tennis court.

It's all expected to be completed in a couple of years.
