WORST: Chinese singer Li Yuchun missed the mark in an asymmetrical pantsuit with just a little too much going on.

BEST: Model Toni Garrn was effortless in a sexy cutout dress that fit her perfectly. Undone hair and a single cuff let her shine.

WORST: TV personality Vincent McDoom was a hot mess in a tattered white minidress that looked like a bundle of toilet paper.

WORST: Marion Cotillard made a rare fashion misstep in this ill-fitting striped jumpsuit and metallic pink pumps that didn't quite match.

BEST: Kendall Jenner stunned in a plum gypsy-inspired gown with sexy strapped that drew the eye to her toned tummy. A gorgeous flippy skirt balanced the whole look out.

WORST: At times, Kendall's fashion choices make it seem like she can do no wrong -- but the model missed the mark in an ill-fitting two piece look that showed off a bit too much midriff for our liking.

BEST: Marion Cotillard dazzled in a green belted column gown with silver accessories. The French beauty finished it off with a swipe of red lipstick.

WORST: Dita von Teese's extended peplum and harsh black pumps totally overpowered an otherwise charming look.

WORST: We're all for a sexy slit, but Lady Victoria Hervey's choice left too little to the imagination. Plus, her excessive gold accessories clashed.

BEST: Chanel Iman looked breathtaking in a plunging nude chiffon gown with white embellishments and a gorgeous silhouette.

WORST: French TV host Eleonore Boccara skirted into tacky territory in this black and gold gown with a bit too much going on.

BEST: Now, that's a gown! Sienna Miller hit a high note with this stunning spaghetti strap gown with a gorgeous silhouette. Red lips and a striped clutch completed the stunner's spot-on look.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

WORST: Was model Izabel Goulet's minidress from the children's section?

BEST: Wow! We are loving this classic look on Mary J. Blige, though we could do without the yellow nails that took away from her gorgeous diamond bangle.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

WORST: We're not saying Izabel Goulart doesn't look smokin' hot in this number, but we're just not a fan of those sheer vertical stripes.

BEST: Model Karlie Kloss turned heads in a dazzling satin sheath dress with a matching collar and simple accessories. Flawless hair and makeup completed the supermodel's chic look.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

WORST: Chanel Iman looked like she was ready for bed in a gauzy white outfit, complete with her white granny panties.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

BEST: Brunette beauty Rachel Weisz looked classic and timeless in her vintage-inspired satin gown that complemented her auburn locks perfectly.

(AP Photo/Lionel Cironneau)

WORST: Actress Cecile De France's ensemble wasn't just oddly proportioned -- it also felt way too casual for the event.

(AP Photo/Lionel Cironneau)

WORST: It's pretty difficult for Natalie Portman to disappoint us -- and don't get us wrong, she looks gorgeous here -- but this Rodarte frock, with it's sheer paneling and gauzy strips is a little too cheeky for the daytime photo call. (Photo by Samir Hussein/WireImage)

WORST: We are not loving Eva Longoria's mother-of-the-bride-esque gown. The neckline is all wrong, and the lace is bordering tacky.

BEST: Model Lily Donaldson stunned in a completely beaded gown in a striking gray hue.

WORST: Amy Poehler is adorable, but her dress wasn't doing much for her, especially that big black ribbon.

(AP Photo/Lionel Cironneau)

BEST: Cate Blanchett was all smiles in her sophisticated black gown with a plunging nekline, blouson sleeves and a fun belted bow.

WORST: Natalia Shustova looked like a big cupcake, or teacup, in this loud floral ballgown with a massive bow.

BEST: Adriana Lima was sleek and chic in a sexy black velvet number with red lips, glam hair and a diamon bangle.

BEST: Melanie Laurent stunned in a sheer beaded gown with a silver belt. Undone hair completed the French beauty's effortless, standout look.

WORST: Paris Hilton looked a bit silly in her showgirl-like gown, heavy accessories and long locks.

BEST: Actress Uma Thurman achieved Cannes fashion perfection as she exited a yacht in a gorgeous green gown with a plunging neckline. (Photo by Marc Piasecki/GC Images,)

WORST: Bradley Cooper's new squeeze Irina Shayk is gorgeous, but her gold gown was a hot mess.

(AP Photo/Lionel Cironneau)

BEST: Emily Blunt looked prim and proper in her fun crocheted midi dress. We love the matching lime green shoes!

WORST: Emily Blunt usually kills it on the red carpet, but her bland off-white dress totalyl washed her out.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

BEST: Diane Kruger definitely showed off her best assets in this sheer and sparkly gown. The low-draped side shows off just enough skin without being too revealing and the super sheer side panels achieved the same effect. (Photo by Tony Barson/FilmMagic)
BEST: Jane Fonda, 77, continued to prove that age ain't nothing but a number as she ruled the red carpet in a striking blue gown with decorative slits. She tipped off her look with a set of chandelier earrings.  (Photo by Mike Marsland/WireImage)
WORST: Model Lindsay Ellingson doesn't typically strike out in the fashion department, but this futuristic gown with sheer panels feels way too 90s. (Photo by Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/FilmMagic,)
BEST: All we have to say is, "Wow!" Eva Longoria looked every inch the glamazon in this midnight blue gown with textured folds along the skirt. (Photo by Kristina Nikishina/Epsilon/Getty Images)
BEST: We were instantly taken in by Cate Blanchett's watercolor-esque gown. The billowing fabric and empire waist just scream glam. (Photo by Gisela Schober/Getty Images)
BEST: Big points go to Salma Hayek for keeping it simple at the Cannes red carpet in this form-fitting frock, but amping up the look with a pop of color. (Photo by Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/FilmMagic,)

BEST: Julianne Moore, 54, stunned in a super glam frock with head-to-toe beaded fringe. Emerald earrings (the actress's signature color!) and thick liner completed the dramatic look.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

WORST: Maybe our moms are rubbing off on us, but we can't stand a wrinkle on the red carpet. Something about the draping on Bar Rafaeli's white gown feels off to us, like a dining room napkin -- and the messy pony isn't doing her any favors.

(Photo by Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)

BEST: Sienna Miller stepped up her game for the more formal part of the evening and absolutely stunned in a navy, one-shoulder gown. The pop of color on her lips sealed off the amazing look.  (Photo by Venturelli/WireImage)
WORST: Jane Seymour literally hasn't aged a day, but her form-fitting frock with a mullet-style skirt left little to be desired. We feel like the dress was a little more prom than Cannes. (Photo by Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)

BEST: Lupita Nyong'o, 32, definitely isn't afraid to take fashion chances. The stunning star hit the red carpet in an emerald green Gucci number with pleats and a plunging neckline. It's hard not to look at her!

WORST: We typically don't mind a feathered skirt, but something about the beaded bodice makes the whole gown look thick like molasses. Not the worst look, but definitely not Naomi Watts' best.

BEST: Sexy gowns like this might not be everyone's cup of tea, but Doutzen Kroes, 30, definitely turned heads in the super sleek look.

WORST: It's not that Karlie Kloss, 22, looks bad -- the supermodel can rock pretty much anything -- but the strange pants and skirt combination is throwing us off. What do you think about the unique look?

BEST: It might not be the most innovative look, but if it ain't broke ... Natalie Portman, 33, looked stunning in the simple red column gown with a pointed sweetheart neckline. Drop earrings and sleek hair completed her simple look.

(AP Photo/Thibault Camus)

WORST: Viann Zhang definitely caught every photographer's eye. The  Chinese actress turned heads in an elaborate gown with an Elizabethan-style collar and an enormous train. We'll give her points for originality, but the look wasn't one of our favorites. (Photo by George Pimentel/WireImage)

BEST: Sienna Miller, 33, looked poised and sophisticated in a beaded gray number with a stunning neckline. Flippy hair, understated makeup and strappy heels completed her picture-perfect look.

(Cannes, France)

WORST: Michelle Rodriguez's intricate gown had potential, but it ended up looking more tacky than chic.

(AP Photo/Lionel Cironneau)

BEST: Charlize Theron wowed in a yellow gown with a dramatic train. Glam curls waves and simple accessories completed the South African beauty's gorgeous look.

WORST: Russian actress Elena Lenina looked foolish -- and straight out of the "Hunger Games" capital in this wild gown with wings -- not to mention that Marge Simpson-inspired updo.

BEST: Salma Hayek showed off her fit petite frame in a curve-hugging black cocktail dress with red roses.

WORST: Julianne Moore looked fab earlier this week, but she missed the mark in this outdated-looking one-sleeved velvet dress.

WORST: Woody Allen was flanked by his leading ladies Emma Stone and Parker Posey. While Stone's look was youthful and chic, Posey's look was a bit eccentric.  (Photo by Andreas Rentz/Getty Images)

BEST: Emma Stone looked every inch the glamazon in a white dress with a striking, long train at the premiere of "Irrational Man." (Photo by Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)

BEST: Rachel Weisz definitely knows the value of simplicity. The gorgeous gal was white-hot in an A-line gown with a cut-out shrug. (Photo by Ben A. Pruchnie/Getty Images,,)

BEST: It's literally impossible for Miranda Kerr to ever have an off-night in the fashion department. The catwalker showed off her famous figure in a pink dress with a sky-high slit and a plunging neckline. (Photo by Alex B. Huckle/GC Images,)
