'Insurgent' star turns real-life hero -- kind of!

While vacationing with girlfriend Keleigh Sperry in Miami, Miles Teller a.k.a. the new Mr. Fantastic was caught in what appeared to be a real-life superhero moment when he assisted a pregnant woman back to shore after she warned him of a nearby shark.

The pregnant woman apparently approached Teller and his girlfriend in a panic just seconds before the photos were shot warning them of a nearby shark, according to Sperry's Instagram account, at which point they all booked it to shore.

"She came up to us freaking out telling us to not freak out but It was a shark. And the scariest moment ever hahah poor lady. :(( pregnant with a toddler on her back," Teller wrote.

As they were headed toward safety, someone snapped a few photos of Teller guiding the pregnant woman by hand onto the beach.

The point is, everyone is fine and Teller's girlfriend lived to tell the story that the pregnant woman actually saved Mr. Fantastic -- not the other way around.

Either way, we still really like the baby-faced star and his new action-figure physique.
