Love knows no age
Don't be fooled by their jokes, 102-year-old George Kirby and his blushing bride-to-be, 91-year-old Doreen Luckie are smitten for each other. The pair, who've been together since 1988, will soon become the oldest living married couple in England, with a combined age of 194 years.
The duo met through a service similar to what we'd call Match.com these days.
"'We both wrote and they match people up and that's how it happened... and we were matched up by likes and dislikes."
After living "in sin" for nearly 30 years, George figured it was about time to make an honest woman out of Doreen and he popped the question on Valentine`s Day!
The duo will marry in front of 60 guests on George's 103rd birthday later this summer.
