Now, we're guessing celebrity chef extraordinaire Gordon Ramsay has eaten some questionable dishes in his lifetime.

But when "Late Late Show" host James Corden asked him about the grossest thing he's ever tasted, one particular meal immediately came to mind.

Hold on to your barf bags, people, it's about to get nasty.

"Worst thing I've ever eaten? Mac and cheese at last year's audition show for 'MasterChef.' And it was sweet, and I thought this lady had made it with almond milk. I said, 'You know, the cheese on top's nice, but it's very sweet. You know, how do you make this thing?' She said, 'It's my breast milk.' Not good," said Gordon Ramsay on "The Late Late Show."

Yeah, pretty gnarly. But is there proof of this grotesque encounter? We're so glad you asked.

"I am making baked macaroni and cheese with a major twist," the contestant said.

"And what's the twist?" Ramsay asked.

"Breast milk," the woman said.

Apparently, Gordon thinks the dish wouldn't have been as bad if there was salt in it. And, you know, good old fashioned milk from the grocery store probably would have helped too.

But considering Gordon recently celebrated his 500th episode taping on Fox, the worst dish he's ever tasted could have been, well, worse.

And hey, at least he hadn't chowed down on half the nasty items the Travel Channel's Andrew Zimmern has put in his mouth on "Bizarre Foods." We'd take breast milk over bird saliva any day. Just saying.

What do you think Oliver will have to say about that?
