Many swollen mugs later, Kylie Jenner is responding to people trying to emulate her famous full-lip look.

The 17-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tweeted, "I'm not here to try & encourage people/young girls to look like me or to think this is the way they should look. I want to encourage people/young girls like me to be YOURSELF & not be afraid to experiment w your look."

"You can put yourself at risk for permanent disfigurement," said Dr. Engelman. "I would certainly tell parents who see their children participate in this challenge that's dangerous and really try to stop that behavior as quickly as you see it."
