At just 120 pounds Molly Schuyler may not look like a competitive eater, but this mother of four is a lean, mean eating machine.

The California native broke her own eating record at The Big Texan in Amarillo, Texas on Sunday when she devoured three steak meals in just 20 minutes.

Schuyler ate more than 13 pounds of meat, along with sides like salads, baked potatoes, shrimp cocktails and rolls.

The Big Texan restaurant's rules for the 72 oz Steak Challenge state that if a customer eats one giant steak meal in an hour they get a $72 refund for their meal.

"I come in thinking I'm going to fail," she told KFDA, "But you know if I win it's a lovely parting gift and that's cool. I also get free steak so I don't really lose."

In 2013 she set a world record at the world's only fried mushroom eating contest by consuming 11.5 pounds of mushrooms in 8 minutes.

Last year, Molly set a new record at the 22nd annual Sports Radio Wing Bowl by scarfing down 363 chicken wings in 30 minutes.

A few months later, broke the 72 oz Steak Challenge record for the first time, eating an entire 72-ounce steak and the sides in less than five minutes, then went on to eat a second complete meal in less than 10 minutes.
