A Dog Helps Sniff Out a Winning Unit on 'Storage Wars'

On Wednesday night's episode of "Storage Wars," the bidding was really going to dogs... no literally.

Brandi and Jarrod's pup Johnnie helped them score some cash on a unit.

"What do you think? Should he pay that much?" asked Brandi on "Storage Wars."

"That's my cap," said Jarrod.

"Sold it!" said the seller.

"Good job, Johnnie! I think Johnnie sniffed out a winner! I just took storage locker advice from a dog," said Jarrod.

Yes, thanks in part to their dog Johnnie, Brandi and Jarrod bought a storage locker that ended up making them over a $1,000.

And fans on Twitter seemed to like the addition of the canine companion on Jarrod and Brandi's team. One user tweeted at her, "Love your new help #Johnnie know his storage lockers ... Listen to the dog."

It turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks. Sniffing out valuable storage containers might be new, but it's certainly not the only dog job.

Smart Recruiters lists off other jobs that many pups take on, including therapy, herding, guiding, detection and even acting.

So Johnnie, if this whole "Storage Wars" thing doesn't work out, just think... you could have a career in Hollywood! You could be the next Air Bud!
