Natalie recently told Glamour, "I want to care for other people because I've been so lucky in my life."

That's not surprising considering the old pic of her dressed in a doctor's outfit. The actress and humanitarian also recently signed a petition to end child poverty in Israel.

Even early on, it was clear Natalie was one smart cookie. She was even voted "Most likely to appear on Jeopardy."

After graduating from Syosset High School in Long Island in 1999, she would go on to Harvard to study psychology, before realizing what she really wanted to do was act.

Years later, she even has an Oscar under her belt for her role in "Black Swan."
