NYPD teaches cops to 'be nice' by showing Swayze movie

The New York Post is reporting that the NYPD is using the teachings of Patrick Swayze's character in the movie, 'Road House' to teach cops thick skin and how to be nice.

Sources say that officials at the NYPD are using a scene from the 1989 action flick as part of the mandatory, three-day retraining course for 22,000 cops. The show a specific clip where Swayze, playing a tough-guy bouncer, teaches a lesson on how to handle unruly customers.
